Primary Containment
Flexible tank liners from Witt Lining Systems offer a fast and long term solution for providing corrosion resistance to new tanks and extending the life of older, leaking tanks. Tank liners are custom fabricated for exact fit regardless of the size, shape or construction of your tank. A Witt tank liner isn’t bonded to the surface of the area, so little to no preparation is needed prior to installation. The substructure simply needs to be clean, dry, and free of any sharp impediments. In most cases the liner is fabricated in one complete piece allowing for easy installation.
Secondary Containment
Secondary containment areas pits, sumps, trenches, berms, and other concrete structures that require corrosion protection can be lined with a Witt drop in liner.
Chrome Plating Liners
Witt Lining Systems is the pioneer of the industry standard for protective skirts on hard chrome plating liners.
When you couple an LFP CrossFilm™ skirt with the unmatched service life of a Koroseal® PVC liner, you have the longest lasting drop in liner available. Longer service life means less down-time in the future and an associated reduction in the costs of replacing a liner. That equates to a lower operating cost for you.

Koroseal® PVC Liner
Koroseal® PVC has a proven track record of superior performance in a wide range of chemical applications. Its unique formulation is highly resistant to strong corrosives, alkalis and salts. With an upper operating temperature of 200OF, a Koroseal liner is designed to protect your tanks, pits, and other areas in the most aggressive applications.
Koroseal liners are an excellent choice for both process and storage tanks. It is highly recommended for use in hard chrome plating solutions coupled with a an LFP CrossFilm™ skirt. Koroseal is also the ideal and also for other chrome based solutions.
Exceline® PVC Liner
Exceline® PVC is a premium PVC liner formulation that offers greater chemical resistance and higher temperature ranges than standard PVC. Exceline PVC liner has very high acid, alkali, and salt resistance and has a constant operating temperature of 180ºF.
Exceline PVC liners have been used with great results in plating tanks, chemical process tanks, storage tanks, and waste treatment applications.
Spectra Blue® PVC Liner
Spectra Blue® PVC liner is a proprietary formulation of PVC liner that has been exclusively developed by Witt Lining Systems. A lower cost material compared to our other formulations, Spectra Blue® PVC provides excellent chemical resistance to most acids, alkalis and salts up to a constant operating temperature of 145ºF.
Spectra Blue PVC liners are an excellent choice in both primary and secondary containment applications. With added UV inhibitors, Spectra Blue PVC is designed for both indoor and outdoor uses.
Spectra Blue PVC liners can be used in applications such as ambient chemical tanks, rinse tanks, mild process tanks, trenches, floors, pits, and containment areas.

For applications that aren’t suited for one of our PVC blends, we also custom fabricate liners from other materials such as Kynar® PVDF , and XR-5®, a formulation that is NSF-61 certified for potable water.
Fasteners and Accessories
We offer a range of accessories for your convenience. Wittclips™ and compression strips make it easy to properly fasten your liner in place. Bulkhead fittings and outlets are available to address plumbing connections.
